History

Comput@ssist was founded in 2005 by Rob Rattray. After having worked and contracted for a number of IT support companies he saw a deficiency in the IT support market. There were plenty of IT support companies who were very skilled technically but had very little person to person skills and lacked communication skills. Rob set out to achieve both; a B2B IT support company that is highly skilled technically and knew how to communicate with other business owners in a language they understood; removing the technical jargon.

This strategy has proven successful - With scores of glowing testimonials and an average growth rate of 150% per year between 2007 and 2009 from customer referrals alone, it's not hard to see why Comput@ssist is emerging as one of the leading SME IT Specialists.
