Rapid Response IT Support & Infrastructure Management Case Study

The problem

The requirement to split into separate entities all aspects of the company's IT following a restructure. This included a completely new network and the transfer of very specific sections of the business in a very short period of time. Each entity had to be setup and reconfigured simultaneously in two separate locations with the least amount of disruption and downtime.

The Solution

TThrough thorough planning Computassist was able devise a migration plan to keep both entities running seamless and smoothly throughout the migration. Both parties experienced little to no downtime at all and both were very pleased with the successful relocation.

Client Feedback

Many thanks for the excellent service and support you have provided Catylis Pty Ltd during our move.

The understanding of the brief provided to Computassist and the attention to the detail required to keep two separate businesses operating during the relocation of our business was undertaken without any impacts and we were able to recommence operations immediately.

The whole operation was managed by Computassist in a seamless manner with absolutely minimal downtime to the business which was greatly appreciated.

Ongoing support, servicing and response times to queries are far superior to our past experiences with external IT service providers.
