Problem:

Classic were spending a lot of money continually "resuscitating" and repairing their aging network. In addition to the cost of the continual repairs, the downtime was making their primary database perform slowly and become increasingly unstable.

Solution:

Computassist proposed a Managed Server Solution. Essentially moving their entire network in to cloud, where Computassist would host, manage, and maintenance the infrastructure and provide it to Classic as a service; they only pay for what they use. Classic were excited by the prospect of a platform that would be reliable, quick and give users (interstate or global) seamless access to all company resources while saving them money.

The move was a success, Classic worker productivity has increased, downtime and disruption reduced dramatically, and they were able to get rid of their aging server and related equipment. The benefits were apparent immediately.
