Office Express National / Office 365 Migration

Problem:

Express Office National (EON) were having continual issue with their email platform. The outsourced service was increasingly unreliable, there was very little technical support available when required, and there was no backup system in place. EON required a solution that would change those three major factors while still remaining cost effective for a small business.

Solution:

After an audit of EON's systems and requirements, Computassist recommended Microsoft Office 365. Unlike Google Apps, Office 365 would allow EON to continue using Microsoft Outlook, the product the whole company was experienced in and accustomed to using. This allowed the company to change to a platform with all the advantages of a cloud based solution without any changes to day-to-day processes or training required.
