Spanton Media Group is a leading hospitality publishing and events company in Pyrmont.
For a number of years we had trouble with our IT support. They were difficult to get a hold of and often did not return calls for a couple of days. They rushed jobs without communicating the problem or resolution, and the quality of their workmanship was below average. We were regularly calling them back out for issues they had looked at less than 48hours prior.
We needed to change our IT support but didn't know where to turn and were apprehensive to hand over our systems to an unknown IT company for fear of them being worse or causing downtime. We approached Rob Rattray from Computassist in May 2007, and he undertook the job of re-networking our pc's and laptops, setting up a server, new programs installed on all pc's, all pc's with the same software packages and up to date virus protection, and hosting our emails.
